The National Insurance Company is born as a general insurance company under the SAA brand
1963The first point of sale opens its doors in Algiers, under the name SAA Assurance
December 1963Establishment of the State monopoly on insurance transactions by Ordinance No. 66.127, which led to the nationalization of SAA by Ordinance No. 66.129
May 1966SAA specializes in the branche of simple risks. Develops tailored offers for individuals, professionals, local authorities and institutions in the health sector.
January 1976As part of the autonomy of companies, the SAA transforms its mode of governance and becomes an EPE capital of 80 000 000 DA
