Algerian-Egyptian mixed capital company

The National Insurance Company is born as a general insurance company under the SAA brand

The first point of sale opens its doors in Algiers, under the name SAA Assurance

Establishment of the State monopoly on insurance transactions by Ordinance No. 66.127, which led to the nationalization of SAA by Ordinance No. 66.129
